You can reset your password by clicking on the Create/Update Password link available on the log in page.

You will be taken to the Create/Update Password page:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Complete the Captcha
  3. Click on Send
An email from the Ontario One Call Learning Centre is sent to you with a link to reset your password.

  • KnowRisk (full course): 3.5 hours

  • KnowRisk (each micro credential): 45 minutes
    • Two interactive courses, 15-minute lessons

  • GroundWork: 4 hours
    • Five interactive courses, 15-minute lessons

  • GroundWork Pro for Dedicated Locator: TBD
